At Blundstone, we stand behind the quality of our boots and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we provide a straightforward process to ensure you get the right pair or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original shoebox and pack them into a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the boots, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
